甘河是嫩江支流，发源于大兴安岭山脉东侧沃其山麓，海拔1197米。呈西北——东南流向，经内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市鄂伦春自治旗、莫力达瓦达斡尔自治旗，于黑蒙交界处附近汇入嫩江。主要支流有克一河、吉文河、嘎仙北无名河、阿里河、奎勒河等。
