无碎片爆炸螺栓，简称爆炸螺栓，多用于多点连接分离面。每个爆炸螺栓形似普通螺栓，内部装有炸药和点火器。分离时，炸药被引爆，使剪切锁剪断或者沿螺栓削弱槽断开，实现两分离体解锁。爆炸螺栓品种多，主要有开槽式、剪切销式、钢球式爆炸螺栓和无污染爆炸螺栓等。这种装置的优点是承载能力大、结构简单、工作可靠、使用方便。不足之处是往往需要多个螺栓，保证全部螺栓同时断开困难较大。另外还要保证螺栓断开时残骸不伤及周围的结构和设备，故必要时应相应地设置保护结构。
