热疗法是治疗肿瘤的一种方法，它是根据肿瘤细胞和正常细胞对热的敏感性不同，通过加热病灶部位来杀死肿瘤细胞的方法。热疗法可以分为两种:通常把治疗温度控制在47°C以上的疗法称为热消融疗法(thermoablation)，该法能使肿瘤组织在高温下急剧坏死，但同时对正常组织也有一定损伤，而且临床试验复杂，因此一般不予采用;而把治疗温度控制在42~46°C之间的疗法称为过热疗法(hyperthermia)。
