热带扰动（Tropical Disturbance）广义上泛指热带地区大气中各种尺度的扰动，如热带辐合区波动、热带气旋、季风低压、东风波、赤道波以及台风等。它们在地面天气图上有的并无闭合等压线，仪呈现风的气旋性旋转或切变。是热带地区的重要天气系统。狭义上指南半球洋面上中心附近风力小于7级的热带气旋。
