灿烂星河是中国娱浪网创建的一个艺术新人展示频道。其中主持人比较著名的有‘四小花旦’之一的黄圣依该频道自2003年3月16日开通后，先后收录歌手、舞蹈艺员、演奏家、模特、演员等3000余人。这些艺员遍布全国各地，并活跃在各个艺术领域。2007年至今，该频道有先后编辑出版了“灿烂星河”中国新星挂历，受到了业内人士的一致好评。
