深度访谈是专业访谈人员和被调查者之间进行时间较长的（通常是30分钟到1小时），针对某一论题一对一方式的谈话。用以采集被调查者对某事物的看法，或做出某项决定的原因等。通常在被调查者家中或一个集中的访问地点进行。常用于了解个人是如何做出购买决策，产品或服务被如何使用，以及消费者生活中的情绪和个人倾向等。 “深度访谈”作为定性研究中的方法,在社会学领域中有着重要的地位。所谓深度访谈,学界所指的主要就是无结构式的访谈
