涌泉穴是足少阴肾经的常用腧穴之一，位于足底部，蜷足时足前部凹陷处，约当足底第2、3跖趾缝纹头端与足跟连线的前1/3与后2/3交点上。主治肺系病证，大便难，小便不利，奔豚气。操作方法为直刺0.5~1寸。
