法院司法警察也就是俗称的法警，是法院内设立的特殊警种。在社会上，法警不像一般警察那么为人熟悉，事实上他们贯穿每个案件的始终，从犯人的追捕，到犯人的押解、看管、送审，甚至器械的管理。正因为他们与犯人接触很多，所以特别需要铁面无私、秉公执法的正气。
