法特瓦(Fatwah)是伊斯兰教法用语。意为“教法判例”、“教法新解”。指权威的教法学家就经、训或法典未作规定的问题或法典虽有规定但不全面或在事实上已难于执行或对如何执行有争议的问题，根据经、训的精神和教法原理，经过审慎推理引申出的法律处理意见或补充见解或裁断说明。
