没官，全名财产没收入官。这是一种类似收归国有的刑法。没收对象主要是财产，除了财产以外还有田宅和奴婢。 唐代的 唐律有“没官”的规定。唐律上关于财产之犯罪甚多，故就物之没官、还主及赃，亦设有专条。犯谋反、谋叛、谋大逆等罪，若家人犯罪，不论其他家人是否知情、是否参与、是否首从和是否故失，只因罪者与家人有血缘关系，“除恶务尽”，近亲要斩，远亲要流，物财没收。
