The influence of different mercury ion concentrations on the growth of water cultured underleaf pearl was investigated. Results showed that mercury has significant influence on the growth of underleaf pearl and its material accumulation.
研究不同汞离子浓度对水培叶下珠生长及相关生理指标的影响,结果表明汞明显抑制叶下珠的生长、物质积累,随着汞离子浓度的增加叶下珠植株的叶绿素、脯氨酸含量增加,汞浓度达40mg/L时植物出现死亡和濒临死亡的现象。
