水蛭，俗名蚂蟥，在内陆淡水水域内生长繁殖，是我国传统的特种药用水生动物，其干制品炮制后中医入药，具有治疗中风、高血压、清瘀、闭经、跌打损伤等功效。
目的：探讨水蛭粉治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。

水蛭微粉高组大鼠脑组织中的MDA、血清中的ICAM水平明显低于粗粉组。
The level of MDA in brain tissue and ICAM in blood serum of microsmashing hirudo H group is lower than coarse smashing hirudo group.
结论：微粉水蛭可以明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤，而且作用效果明显优于粗粉。
Conclusion: hirudo could improve the ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, and it excels coarse smashing hirudo in effect.
