概念结构（concept structure）是概念的内部组织，即概念由哪些因素构成以及这些因素之间的关系。最重要的概念结构理论有特征表说和原型说两种。特征表说以美国心理学家L.E．伯恩为代表，认为概念是由一定规则联结起来的事物的有关特征或属性来定义的，它由事物的各种有关特征和联合这些特征的规则两方面因素组成。如我们用“无色”、“无臭”、“无味”和“液体”这些属性来定义“水”这个概念。
