桥村位于浙江省瑞安市白岩桥东2公里处，村傍温瑞塘河。北连民公乡，东邻上望镇，南接东山各村，西靠瑞安城区东大门。桥建村已有500多年的历史。据《陈氏宗谱》载：明正统年间（1436～1449），陈子才自郭公阳迁此。嘉靖时（1522～1566）属清泉乡十一都；1931年属第一区；1941年属南里乡；1949年属民公乡；1984年属城关镇。1992年，全村126户，437人（其中非农业人口约20多人），耕地127亩，涂园40亩。村民大部分为陈姓，其次为张、潘等姓。
