格拉条，也叫格拉面，是安徽省阜阳地区特色传统小吃。堪称阜阳人的意大利面。相传与苏东坡有关，是阜阳特有的一种食物，颇受当地人的喜爱，在大街小巷都能吃到，它的名字来源大概是以下原因：在阜阳“搅拌”的方言是“搁拉”（gé le)，而这种类似面条的食物需要将各种作料均匀搅拌所以就被称为“格拉条”，而因其颜色金黄、面形粗壮，也叫“金条面”。
