核准注册是指:商标局对初步审定并公告的商标、在公告期满无异议或经裁定异议不能成立时，批准予以注册，即将核准的商标和核定适用的商品/服务登记在《商标注册簿》上的行为。
经裁定异议成立的，不予核准注册。

第二十三条注册商标的有效期为十年，自核准注册之日起计算。
