极谱法(polarography)通过测定电解过程中所得到的极化电极的电流-电位(或电位-时间)曲线来确定溶液中被测物质浓度的一类电化学分析方法。于1922年由捷克化学家J.海洛夫斯基建立。极谱法和伏安法的区别在于极化电极的不同。极谱法是使用滴汞电极或其他表面能够周期性更新的液体电极为极化电极;伏安法是使用表面静止的液体或固体电极为极化电极。
