暖被窝：又叫暖床，古代较为富裕的家庭在冬天会有丫鬟给东家把被窝捂热，再让东家睡觉。在封建社会，一般男主外女主内，妻子常年在家操持家务，后来延伸为娶妻子给丈夫暖被窝。现在有些地方也经常会用到“娶个暖床的”说法。现在有时候开玩笑男女朋友之间女的说暖被窝意思就是天气冷的时候，先让男的上去暖床，再让女的睡觉。
