新巴塞尔资本协定简称新巴塞尔协议或巴塞尔协议II（英文简称Basel II），是由国际清算银行下的巴塞尔银行监理委员会（BCBS）所促成，内容针对1988年的旧巴塞尔资本协定（Basel I）做了大幅修改，以期标准化国际上的风险控管制度，提升国际金融服务的风险控管能力。
