扩散效应是指固定化酶催化反应属多相催化反应，借鉴非均相催化反应原理与分析方法的效应。固定化酶催化反应过程包括5 个步骤，即1底物从溶液主体扩散到固定化酶颗粒的外表面;2.底物由固定化酶颗粒外表面向内表面酶的活性中心扩散; 3.底物在内表面酶的活性部位进行催化反应生成产物;4.产物从反应区向固定化酶颗粒外表面扩散;5.产物从外表面向溶液主体扩散。
