所谓撤回仲裁申请是指仲裁委员会受理当事人提出的仲裁申请后，在仲裁庭作出仲裁裁决之前，仲裁申请人撤回自己的仲裁申请，不再请求仲裁庭对该争议案件进行审理并作出仲裁裁决的行为。
达成和解协议的，可以撤回仲裁申请。
