目的探讨指伸肌腱疲劳性损伤的诊断治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of fatigue injuries of finger extensor tendon.
近年来收治陈旧性伸指肌腱损伤45例，根据伤情分别采取不同手术方法修复，随访大部分患者功能得到恢复。
According to the degree of damage, 45 cases of old digital extensor tendon injury were repaired with different operating methods. On following up, the functions of most patients were getting better.
