一般是指电脑通过电话线上网的一种方式，现家庭用户常用的拨号方式都是ADSL虚拟拨号方式。而通过这种方式上网的用户一般被称为拨号用户。
对于DIALUP用户，好像有普通的 拨号用户 （ DIALUP USER ）和动态对等方的 拨号用户 （REDADUNT DIALUP）方式，是不是此处得用基于动态对等方的方式建立VPN通道？请指教！
