抗真菌药（antifungal drugs）：真菌感染可分为表浅真菌感染和深部真菌感染两类，表浅感染是由癣菌侵犯皮肤、毛发、指（趾）甲等体表部位造成的，发病率高，危害性较小。深部真菌感染是由念珠菌和隐球菌侵犯内脏器官及深部组织造成的，发病率低，危害性大。在所有的抗深部真菌感染药物中，只有氟康唑和氟胞嘧啶能透过血脑屏障，治疗中枢真菌感染。 常用抗真菌药按照作用部位分为治疗浅表真菌感染药物有十一烯酸、醋酸、乳酸、水杨酸、灰黄霉素、克念菌素、克霉唑、咪康唑、益康唑、联苯苄唑、酮康唑等。抗深部真菌感染药物有氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、制霉菌素、球红霉素、甲帕霉素、氟康唑、伊曲康唑等。按结构分为有机酸类、多烯类、氮唑类、烯丙胺类（如特比萘芬）等。
