思维转换/范式转换（paradigm shift）对同样一件事物/事情，凭自己的印象而自己持有一种观点，你的观点正确与否不能确定。经某事或人 而忽然领悟到另一种观点，当然这种观点正确与否也未知。这种现象我们称之为“思维转换”。在这之前你对自己的观点越坚持，顿悟的刺激也越大。 思维转换/范式转换 一词是美国哲学家 Thomas Kuhn 首先提出的，出自他的经典之作 《The Structure of Scientific Revolutions》。 并非所有的思维转换都是正面的。 思维转换往往在面临生死攸关的时候，或经历失败挫折时产生。 在《高效能人士的七个习惯》——史蒂芬.柯维 可以更透彻理解该词条。
