忠国人，前称奥古斯都，是炳你论坛的主要缔造者和领导人之一，四大坛主之首。曾先後任该论坛首席管理员兼第一坛主和管理委员会主席兼技术顾问的职务。期後迟去管委会主席一职，退居二线。後任论坛荣誉主席兼顾问委员会首席顾问，曾代理论坛主席的职务，至2009年6月功成身退。期後被人恶意删除帐户，从此销声匿迹。
