心电轴也称平均电轴，是心脏电活动的平均方向(向量)，是心电图检测指标之一，指心脏除极和复极时额面最大综合向量与水平轴形成的角度。它包括P、PT、QRS及T的平均电轴，通常只测算QRS电轴。正常心电轴的范围为-30°～+90°，-30°～-90°为心电轴左偏， +90°～+180°为心电轴右偏。小儿与成人略有差异。 在心电图诊断中，心电轴是一个重要参考指标。它对于诊断某些心脏疾病如心室肥大及左前分支或左后分支传导阻滞，具有较重要的价值。
(9)正常变异：除外上述8种情况，临床检查排除心脏病。 二、心电轴偏移分析 心电轴（额面QRS波群平均电轴）即心室除极各瞬间额面QRS波群综合心电量总和所指的方向，以其与Ⅰ导联轴正向所形成的夹角表示。
