彭成一，教授。江苏溧阳人。1942年毕业于西南联合大学航空工程系。1945年留学英国。1947年回国。建国后，历任南京航空学院教授、系主任，中国航空学会第二、三届理事。长期从事航空发动机的教学和发动机气体力学及进气道研究工作。
