张达利，1960年生于西安，在兰州成长。1987年毕业于西安美术学院工艺系来深圳发展，1995年成立深圳张达利设计有限公司。曾先后出任第二届华人平面设计大赛评委、平面设计在中国05展执行委员会副主席、深圳平面设计师协会副主席、西安美术学院设计系客座教授、广西艺术学院客座教授等，多次组织策划极具专业影响的艺术展及艺术赛事，如深圳设计6人展、平面设计在中国「In China」展、五叶神反烟害海报设计大赛等等，并在国际国内获各类奖项100多项。
深圳拥有为数众多、影响全国乃至世界的设计精英，陈绍华、韩家英、张达利等平面设计师在国内设计界久负盛名。
