引渡条约（Extradition）是指国家根据条约或基于其他理由把在其境内而被别国指控或判定犯罪的人，应该国的请求，移交该国审判或处罚的行为。是国家之间刑事司法协助的一种形式。比如程慕阳身在加拿大境内，但被我国指控有犯罪行为，我国向加拿大请求将其移交于我国进行审判。加拿大答应请求移交的行为就是引渡。
