左半结肠切除术的范围包括乙状结肠、降结肠、横结肠脾曲、左半横结肠及其系膜。根治手术方式是切除肠系膜下动脉的所属区，及腹主动脉旁和髂动脉处的淋巴结，行横结肠与乙状结肠下端或直肠上端吻合。该手术的效果比常规切除者略有提高，适用于全身情况较好，癌肿较广泛的病例。
目的总结应用腹腔镜结肠镜双镜联合左半结肠切除术5例的手术操作技术。
