崧泽（Songze）在上海市境东部赵巷镇。相传晋吴国内史袁山松筑宅于此，称崧宅。宅、泽单近，后讹作今名。明代称崧宅市。
崧泽曾发现过那个时候的稻谷，证实五六千年前此地已有人类开始水稻种植。
There once found the paddy of that time in SongZe that proved paddy had been planted before five or six thousand years ago here.
经初步清理，房址内出有崧泽文化早期的陶豆、罐、釜和玉玦、石斧等器物。
Artefacts dated Songze Culture including pottery stem cup, pot, cauldron, jade slotted ring and stone axe were yielded within the housing feature.
发掘总面积2000多平方米，主要揭露出一处崧泽文化时期的聚落，包括房址和墓地。
The total excavation area was about 2000 sq. meters and the major finding included a settlement of Songze Culture which consisted of housing sites and burial ground.
