桡尺骨双骨折甚常见多发生青少年。尺桡骨双骨折可发生重叠、成角旋转及侧方移位四种畸形。尺骨干单骨折极少见因有桡骨支持移位不明显，除非合并下尺桡关节脱位。一般由直接暴力、间接暴力、扭转暴力造成。
