导生制（Monitorial system）又叫贝尔—兰卡斯特制，是由英国国教会的贝尔（Andrew Bell,1753—1832）和公益会的教师兰卡斯特（Joseph Lancaster,1778—1838）所开创的一种教学组织形式，曾在英国和美国流行过数十年，为英、美两国普及初等教育做出过重大贡献。
