《实验化学》是2006年山东大学出版社出版的图书，作者是刘书银。本书是山东省教学改革试点课程项目。本书包括化学实验基础知识与基本技术、化学实验基本技能培养、合成制备实验、化学物质的分析、附录五个部分；选录的136个实验涵盖了无机化学、有机化学、分析化学实验的内容。在必要的基本技能训练的基础上，剔除了一部分简单重复的内容，并且设置了相当数量的设计性实验，侧重于学生独立思考习惯的养成，培养利用所学的一般原理和通用方法分析解决具体问题的能力。
