妃子笑是荔枝的一种品种，别名落塘蒲、玉荷包。晚唐诗人杜牧有诗：“一骑红尘妃子笑，无人知是荔枝来。”妃子笑这个品种就是这样得名的。 该品种果大、肉厚、色美、核小、味甜，品质风味优良。主要分布在广东、广西等地区，该品种是中早熟优质品种之一。
