机构名。清代钦天监下设掌观天象之机构。设有五官灵台郎满二人、蒙一人、汉军一人、汉四人，秩从七品；五官监候汉一人，秩正九品；博士汉二人，秩从九品；天文生满二人、汉三十一人，给九品冠带，食九品俸。共四十四人。职掌观察晴雨风雷、云霓晕珥、流星异星等天象及气候。
