大五人格量表,即NEO人格量表,是建立在大五人格理论的基础之上,由美国心理学家科斯塔Costa和麦克雷McCrae在1987年编制成,后来经过两次修订;该测验的中文版由中科院的心理学家张建新教授修订;属于人格理论中特质流派的人格测试工具。它很少用于职业规划,主要用于人力资管理,原因下面会提到。
