多重残疾（multiple disabilities），一种残疾类型。指个体同时具有两种或两种以上的残疾，多数兼有智力残疾。患者的残疾程度一般较严重。在中国亦称“综合残疾”。按 1987 年残疾人抽样调查结果，中国约有 673 万残疾人。其中，有两种残疾者约占88.13%，有三种残疾者约占 10.57%，有四种残疾者约占 l.19%，有五种残疾者约占 0.11%。
