地朝阳，中药名。为菊科植物棉毛尼泊尔天名精Carpesium nepalense Less.var.lanatum (Hook.f.et T.Thoms.ex C.B.Clarke) Kitam.的全草。分布于湖北、湖南、广西、四川、贵州及云南等地。具有清热解毒之功效。常用于痈肿疮毒，疥疮，脓疱疮，痔疮。
