地刀全称接地刀闸，是安装于高压开关柜内代替接地线的一种安全连锁机构。根据五防的要求，地刀只有在设备检修、断路器和隔离开关断开时才能闭合，相当于一根接地线。正常运行时地刀必须是断开，且通常设备中都设有机械联锁装置。断路器闭合时，地刀合不上；同样地刀合闸时，高压断路器也合不上。
