国际收支表亦称“国际收支平衡表”。是国民经济核算体系用来核算国外收支活动的报 表。它只核算流量变化，不核算存量多少。国际收支表所反映的收支活动与资金流量表中的对外交易帐户所反映的国外收支活动，有不同的含义：(1) 国际收支平衡表是从常住者的角度来建立的，它反映的收支恰好与对外交易帐户登录的方向相反。(2) 国际收支平衡表的项目内容要比对外交易帐户的核算分类详细得多，如对外投资在“对外交易帐户”中只记一笔数值，在国际收支表中要分资产、负债两个方面来记帐，再划分为长期和短期。
