四色印刷（four-color printing），用减色法三原色颜色（黄、品红、青）及黑色进行印刷。如果采用黄、品红、青、黑墨四色墨以外的其他色油墨来复制原稿颜色的印刷工艺，不应将其称“四色印刷”而应称作“专色印刷”或“点色印刷”。 四色印刷是用红、绿、蓝三原色和黑色色料（油墨或染料）按减色混合原理实现全彩色复制的平版印刷方法。
一般专色印刷通常用于三色以下的印刷，假如需要四色以上的印刷，则选用CMYK四色印刷为宜。
