有两个含义，一是用于临床，指手术后切口由于愈合不好或者缝合不佳导致裂开。二是躲开，离开的含义 ①胸骨哆开，见于心内直视手术后，胸骨的愈合不佳，甚至裂开 ②腹部切口哆开，见于腹部手术后，由于张力过大，或者缝合不佳导致伤口裂开
结果死亡4例(0·36%)，总体并发症(胸骨哆开、脑梗死、纵隔炎)率1·6%。
Results Total mortality was 0.36% (4-case death), and morbidity of 1.6% (sternal dehiscence, stroke and mediastinitis).
术后发生低心排血量综合征3例，肾功能衰竭1例，延迟性心包填塞1例，胸骨哆开1例。
There were 3 cases of low cardiac output syndrome, 1 case of renal failure, 1 case of delayed pericardial tamponade and 1 case of sternal dehiscence after operation.
