吉利河，也称白马河、白马-吉利河，原名纪里河。发源于山东省诸城市鲁山西南麓千秋岭，流经青岛市黄岛区理务关、大场两乡镇，到河崖村南与白马河汇流， 在大场马家滩村东入黄海黄家塘湾。河长39.85公里，流域面积285.1平方公里。20年一遇洪峰流量为2074.39立方米/秒。上游建有吉利河水库。主要支流有皂户前河、潘家庄河、高家庄河、理务关河、大秃马河、柳沟河、胜水前河。
