The technology service contracts or any other kind of contracts or agreements;
截至本协议签署之日(包括签署之日)，除附录2中单个列示的协议外，目标公司未订立任何其他的协议、合同或承诺。
Up to (and on) the Execution Date, the Target Company has not entered into any agreement or contract or commitment other than those listed and individually included in Annex 2 hereto.
