叶光辉 ，字德耀，清代同安县厦门侯乡社人。父与人经营“桑莲”典铺，址在本社大路边。咸丰三年（1853），小刀会起义军陷厦门城，清朝文武官退守禾山资福院办公，军队则扎在其后院。他助官府选丁壮，办团练。事平，官府给“义愤同伸”额匾。
