变量抽样法（Variables Sampling Method） 又称“变量抽查法”，是指对稽查对象总体的货币金额进行实质性测试所采用的抽查方法。在实质性测试中运用的稽查抽查技术，主要是变量抽样法。变量抽样法可用于确定账户金额是多是少、是否存在重大误差等。变量抽样稽查方法通常用于：检查应收账款的金额；检查存货的数量与金额；检查工资费用；检查交易活动，以确定未经适当批准的交易金额。
