变形带（deformation band）是指晶体均匀变形时产生的、取向不同的很薄带状区域。变形带是平行的滑移面内异号刃型位错交互作用使晶体发生弯折所形成的。带中的晶格相对于周围晶体中未变形部分旋转了几度或几十度。
