Objective To compare the clinical effect of bipolar prosthetic replacement and traditional fixation treatment for femoral neck fractures in elderly.
行双极人工股骨头置换术者患肢功能的优良率为93.8%（15 / 16例）。
The hip function of bipolar prosthetic replacement treatment was excellent to good in 93.8%(15/16).
结论双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效优于传统内固定术，值得在临床推广应用。
Conclusion the clinical effect of bipolar prosthetic replacement treatment for femoral neck fractures in elderly is better than traditional fixation, is worth for application in clinical experience.
